Payments
We accept payment by cheque, postal order, bank transfer, Paypal and Nochex.
Please make all payments in GBP (Euros for foreign bank transfers)
Cheques should be made out to 'A Silver Dream' and postal orders to 'A Aldridge'
Please send these with the details of your order to A Silver Dream, 17 Hillson Close, Port Isaac, Bodmin, Cornwall PL29 3TR
Please contact us for our details if you wish to pay by bank transfer.
Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day on which the item is delivered
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase you can return it for a refund. Return postage in these circumstances will be at your cost.
In the unlikely event of your jewellery arriving to you damaged we will refund you in full. Please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.
Please ensure all returns are securely packaged with the original invoice and returned via a trackable means. We can not refund returns which get lost in the post on the way back to us.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by joining our mailing list.
